Ms. Baker is the founder and owner of K. Baker, LLC. Her practice areas are real estate, business law and immigration. With a combined 16 plus years of experience in auditing, business, taxation, real estate, consulting, and instructing, Ms. Baker has finely developed her legal skills to best represent her client’s legal needs. A resourceful professional, her work includes servicing the United States Department of Treasury IRS Agent, the New York State Department of Taxation & Finance, Deloitte, and the Small Business Administration (SBA). She is an active member of the New Jersey, District of Columbia, and the South Carolina Bar Association. Ms. Baker is also a proud member of the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association (“AILA”) where she served on the Continue Legal Education and New Membership Committees. Also, Kim is the Vice President of the York County Bar Association. Lastly, Ms. Baker is a published author with LexisNexis and a scholarly recipient of the Fulbright Program.
